These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the of2on platform, including booking hotels, homestays, tours, and travel services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. General Booking Rules

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking on our platform.
  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring all details provided during the booking process (names, dates, contact info) are accurate.
  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once full or required partial payment is received and a confirmation email is generated.

2. Hotels and Homestays Policies

  • Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is typically 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM, though this varies by property. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to vendor availability and approval.
  • Identification: All guests must present valid government-issued ID upon check-in. Properties reserve the right to deny admission if valid ID is not provided.
  • Damage Policy: Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Vendors may charge the guest's payment method for such damages.

3. Tour Packages and Travel Services Policies

  • Itinerary Changes: Tour operators reserve the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or safety concerns.
  • Punctuality: For tours and transport services, customers must arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Failure to do so may result in a missed tour without a refund.
  • Health and Fitness: Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet the health and physical requirements for specific adventure tours or activities.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in the local currency (e.g., INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Vendor pricing may fluctuate based on demand.
  • Cancellation by User: Cancellations must be made through the user dashboard. Refund eligibility and penalty amounts depend strictly on the individual Vendor's specific cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation by Vendor: If a vendor cancels a confirmed booking, the customer will receive a full refund or an alternative booking of equal or greater value.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Vendor Responsibilities and Liability

  • Service Delivery: Vendors (Hotel Owners, Tour Operators, Service Providers) are independent contractors, not employees of of2on. They are solely responsible for providing the services booked.
  • Liability Limitation: of2on acts only as an intermediary connecting customers with vendors. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or delays incurred during the provision of vendor services.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the platform for fraudulent bookings, to distribute malware, or to harass vendors or other users. Violation of these rules may result in account termination.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
